Responsibilities & Context
Assisting regional in-charge in development & execution of regional sales plan.
Managing and monitoring the team to achieve sales targets in assigned territories.
Developing and maintaining relationships with existing distributors & customers, retailer visits and sales channel development.
Market trend, competitor analysis and consumer insight reporting.
Training, coaching and performance evaluation of sales team.
Monthly sales review, report and target follow-up.
Proper implementation of promotional activities and field execution.
Provide Market information to the reporting boss/ competent authority.
Must be prepared back-up plan for Dealer.
Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Monitoring competitors activities & reporting accordingly.
Gathering market and customer information & SWOT/ROI analysis.
Controlling of distribution, market stock & transport cost.
Ensuring promotional activities accordingly.
Analyzing distribution channel viability & distribution opportunities.
Trend & competitive analysis by brand & SKU.
Ensuring Product availability and visibility.
Forecast consumer's demand and achieve Sales & Trade target.
Monthly report submission in time.
Maintain Stock daily, weekly, monthly.
Good Interpersonal skill and must be maintain chain of command.
Proper documentation knowledge.
