Good reporting and analysis skill.
Good knowledge in Excel is mandatory.
Experience in same or equivalent position will be preferred.
Must be Hard Worker, Self Motivated, Target Oriented.
Responsibilities & Context
The Divisional Sales Manager (DSM) need to take the overall responsibility of Sales in the assigned Division. Only those candidates who have worked with food & beverage products are requested to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure Divisional primary & secondary sales target.
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales target.
- Distribute Daily Sales target and achieve it.
- Assigning, coaching, and motivating sales staffs.
- To analyze manpower needs and gaps with HRM department on manpower issues.
- Identify market gaps & take necessary action.
- Movement scheduling of sales staffs and monitoring their movement.
- Counseling and disciplining sales staffs in assigned region.
- Visit dealer point regularly.
